All our jewelry is covered under a 6-month limited warranty from the date of purchase, protecting against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This includes issues such as faulty clasps, loose settings, or structural defects that occur under normal use. If you experience any of these issues, please contact our support team with your order details and clear images of the product, and we will be happy to assist you with a repair or replacement where applicable.

Please note that our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, accidental damage, improper use, loss, or unauthorized repairs. Tarnishing that occurs over time due to exposure to moisture, chemicals, or environmental factors is also not considered a manufacturing defect. To maintain the longevity of your jewelry, we recommend proper care, including storing pieces in a dry place and avoiding direct contact with water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals.
